force games in window mode

is there an application i can use that forces the game in window mode?
some games have no option for window mode, i try -window in shortcut still not working..

Start the game and press Alt + Enter to change from windowed/full screen.
I think it really depends on the game

Right click on the shortcut look where it says target it will says something like "C:\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\OblivionLauncher.exe"
Put a -w at the end like this.
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\OblivionLauncher.exe" -w

u could try dxwind i guess but otha then that if the game aint made for it it probly cant be done
