Flashget ?

How do i set up flashget when i try to download something the download either doesnt start or it fails ?
also this includes using it with Rapidshare and all the setup options

Looks like it’s blocked by somethin..Maybe a firewall…

i stopped the firewall on both windows and Norton but still have the same problem
any other solutions

yes go to tools/options then go to “connection” make the max simultaneous jobs to “8”
then go to site manager and click add
put in
http://~ Dead file host ~
and your login and pass
uncheck unlimited and make it “8” for simultenous jobs
Next go to tools/default download properties
check login to server and put in your login/pass for rs
close it and start it back up again

only other thing that could be wrong is a bad pass/login or uninstall that flashget and get a new one

the problem with flashget is that you need to login to rapidshare in internet explorer and make sure you username and password is saved there. then flashget will work. I suggest if you have made any changes just reinstall flashget, and then proceed from tehre. I dont know why but flashget although it works with other browsers wants us to login using internet explorer even if it is not our default browser.

i have set it up for all the rapidshare stuff the problem was to do with a proxy but ive sorted it and it works fine now

Friends,i have problem with FLASHGET too…
I dont know why,but when i put files to download….it download in a SECOND,but all files are about 5 kB!It some mistake,i cant download anythin..i dont know why…Im go now to try that with windows explorer,i am premium user.
Is there some limit per day?
With my connection theres no WAY to download more than 10 GB per day(if its limit)….any 1 help me!?

That means you only have 59 MB to download for today…you won’t be able to download anymore than that until tomorrow…

Yea…they changed the rules…If you just purchased your account or extended it….It’s 2.66 GB a day….80 GB a months…
