Flash Tutorial

Im trying to learn flash for a project, I was never expose to flash before so I really want to learn how to do it. I would really appreciated if anyone got any suggestion for Flash tutorials.

lynda.com has some really good tuts on how to use flash
you can also find some good tutorials on youtube
and basic tuts on adobeTV

hthLynda.com you have to pay and only a limited you can watch so its ok and also adobetv as well. =/
It would be helpful if you guys got any full video tutorial from beginning to advance teaching it step by step. I been looking for it but found nothing.
