Flash Nokia 6080

have a got a great problem in my mobile nokia 6080.
A virus has affected my mobile and in fact there was no card memory and thus it affected my phone directly. Please can someone help to know how to flash my phone.

Try taking to your local eletctric store?, e.g. pc world, currys local mobile shop?

these guy replying doesnt really know how to flash a mobile phone.
i too need to flash a nokia5800 xpress music and need help i have ask many person in many different forum.
i have notice that no one want to share it.
