Firefox Bookmarks problem…

Here is my problem i was using an ancient pc so i bought a new
one couple of days ago and to not lose all my archive i decided
to use my old HDD as a slave in this one…is there a chance i can
transfer my old bookmarks to the current firefox that im using?
if so how it can be done?

Yes. Press Ctrl+Shift+B and then export or backup bookmarks from “Import and Backup” menu.

the problem is that i alrdy gave away my old pc only thing left is
my old hdd and from there i was wondering if i could get my bookmarks
back some way…

You might be able to find your old”Profiles” folder..

After you find profile folder, there should be bookmarkbackups folder. Copy the latest json file and import it from Firefox->Bookmarks->Show All Bookmarks->Import and Backup

Firefox has built in syncing of bookmarks, tabs, passwords and preferences (not extensions, however). It’s called “Firefox Sync” and it’s in the options menu. Probably wouldn’t hurt to use that from now on.
