filezilla damn slow

filezilla damn slow while downloading whereas same file if i try IDM its getting the proper speed of my internet plans. any solution or any ftp perfect client which fits my issue ?

I wouldn”t suggest using ftp programs to download unless necessary. The difference is that IDM is a download accelerator and thats why you get the proper speed.

I know nothing about ftp, but i know someone who has very slow net and they use cute ftp. That’s all i know.

but i am holding seedbox for that ftp is necessary , earlier speed of filezilla was stable now its drowning

Filezilla (just like most FTP clients) uses a single thread (connection) when you download a file, So your not gonna max out your connection speed (unless the server is geographically close to you)
If the speed was previously to your satisfaction but now isn’t, Then I’d say it’s most likely a problem with the hosting company. Maybe they’re overselling their services, That would explain it.
Anyways, You could try another FTP client if you want, But I doubt it’d make any difference.

Maybe rar the files on the server and set in filezilla to download more than 1 file at once until you max your connection.

might be the issues with ISP , thanks for the answers , problem still remains as i am not in situation whom to blaim and sort my issue from my point i think this issue relates to filezilla as i have updated the new version , better wud b to report these filezilla devs
