File extension which I do not know of

Guys I downloaded these files.It saya Z01 Z02 and so on as its extension.I cant open it with winrar so I googled it up and tried using winzip.But it still does not recognize the format.How can I extract the files?What software is needed?

Just extract the last file www.cyberchennai.org_upload_ynnm.zip with WinRAR or Winzip.

It doesnt recognize the file as well.I’ve tried every thing I could think of.If it still cant work,i’ll delete the file.Thanks bro
