Fallout 3 GOTY Mouse Freeze!

Installed on Win 7!
Fallout 3 GOTY!
So all DLC are there and version 1.7!
First it crashed like hell so added some dll file and installed a unofficial patch!
And no crashing but now I got mouse freeze!
I go to Megaton!
And talk to NPC!
And freeze!
Everything else works in the background!
Pepl walk or talk!
But me stuck in time!
Pls can someone help!
ALso i have
2.9 Dual Core
Nvidia 9600 Gt 512
ANd 2 GB ram!
Also tried Xp compaability and vista also run as admin but no!
SO PLS HELP!
Anyone pls!
make a backup of your save files. uninstall the game. wipe out anything left behind. reinstall. do NOT use the unofficial patch. see if that works.
