Facebook security code

I was cleaning my computer hard drive and I clean all the cookies and history.
When I tried to log in on facebook it asked me the code that they send by sms. I usually receive the code, now I am not receiving it anymore. Its been more than 3 days. I saw some foruns with many people with the same problem. Its really bad, not because of the personal page but because of the fan page I have
Anyone has a clue how to possible fix this? I mean they want us to send copies from our identification documents. I am trying to avoid that.

May i ask why it asks for the code?
I gave wrong number once and i dont know how to change.
If you did not forget your password you shouldnt need the code, huh?

sure. when you clean your cookies and try to relog in facebook, the site does not recognize your computer. Its a security process. For example, if you log into your acc in a public computer, facebook will ask you for this code no matter if the password is right. I always clean my cookies but I always receive this code. Now I am not receiving it donno why.

Thank you for explanation. Thats a bit scary.
But you have your email account, you can at least contact them from there. I think…i tried to contact google once because they are a bunch of noobs and you cant find one email address anywhere. I hope its easier to contact facebook.

I just sent them my problem through the mobile problem section. I never had problems with google neither hotmail. They are really good in this situations. But facebook is sucking big time. Its not just me, many people are affected by this problem. Many of them created new accounts. But I cant/dont want to create a new one. This is completly ridiculous. A multimilionaire enterprise with those noob problems.

Yeah thats weird. That problem never occured to me, but i always use two old java phones to log into facebook. Opera mini works great. I have not deleted cookies lately tho.
