error system pc crashes

there is an error system which displays the following message : lv321av.sys
i figure it is a virus
how to recover this?

im assuming you have a logitech web cam or an acer laptop with a built in camera?

remove the drivers of the webcam, go to hardware manager to check out what type the webcam is and go to the manufacturers website and download the driver again or download it from the acer webpage

well dude the same problem persists. now after watching some videos The PC shut downs. I went on safe mode and uninstalled/reinstalled all the derivers. i thought it could be a card video problem. there is no exclamation mark in the device manager. i have windows xp by the way

go into the device manager, right click on your webcam, and click ‘disable’.
wait a few days. if you arent getting anymore bluescreens, then its faulty hardware.
if you are, then it could be faulty ram. download memtest86+ (google), burn it to a cd, and leave it running overnight (or for a few hours). if you are getting any errors, then your ram is dodgy and causing the problems
