ePSXe emulator + Metal gear solid1

hi i have been playing metal gear solid 1 on epsxe and was wondering will i be able to continue onto disk 2 because i know you have to swap half way through the game.

Just make a ISO image of both files onto your hard disk and when you get to the second disc, load up the second disc. If you are using CD’s, just pop in Disc 2.
