Encryption program

i am looking for a nice user-friendly encryption program which can encrypt a folder very easily…i tried the following:
1) Folder Security Personal ==> It conflicts with windows…sometimes cannot install programs..it says that i do not have administrator’s right
2) Folder Lock ==> Perfect Disk conflicts with it
3) Instant Lock ==> What i can say “Avoid using”
do you know another nice one…

If it’s a folder that you don’t use that often, you could easily use WinRAR to compress and password protect it (select hide filenames as well). Saves installing third-party encryption stuff.
