Easiest way to crack a windows 7 password

Tried ophcrack but dosent work with windows 7 says not found. Thanks

It’s not inside xp or anything… it’s on the “external” options, accesible directly from the disk.

Any app that will restore, change or edit password… There are not to many apps on Hirens Boot CD to do that, only few!
