DVDRipping error

So I’ve read the guide about “Ripping for beginners” So no need to tell me about it. But whenever I try to convert using the .IFO file with AutoGK it gives me this error :

How to fix that?

you running any decryption software along with AutoGK
something like anyDVD or DVDdecrypter

Nope. I close DVDdecrypter as soon as I finish decrypting the DVD. And @ , I’ll try that later. Busy with sumfin now.
Maybe it has something to do with the DVD itself?

maybe a bad rip or something, try ripping it again or try other software and rip it again!
