Dual Booting

Hey guys, ninja here, and i was thinkgin about booting my windows 7 and Mac OSX. ive tried it before but i would get stuck at a boot screen, so could any1 help me out and tell me how to dual boot osx on a Sony Vaio TZ-150N

All specs on above link are same, except for RAM, i upgraded to 2gb.
can this run Mac OS X? if so how detailed, since the guides i followed failed me
