I set the VPN to USA, but no download shows up. tried both chrome and firefix extensions.
is there another way?

I accessed the website normally (meaning w/o a VPN or proxy) from Greece, no problems at all loading the site, it’s one with TV shows right? Try a European proxy, it may work.

They want to download from it though.
Don’t think have problems accessing it.
