Documents (files), pictures got, corrupted or encrypted from malware!

Files in one of my coleagues computer are corrupted, all documents, pictures except folders everything else got the extension .YTEUCVG (File type) can anyone help me with this, I’ve google it this file extension and found nothing. My antivirus did not found anything. It seems its kind of encryption from malware!

I’d say use an online virus scanner, and do a full scan of the hard drive, and identify the malware, THEN you can look it up on google for the removal process, and possibly reverse the damage..

yes these are the cases “ctb-locker-ransomware” there is no way yet to decrypt files
