Difference between vm ware fusion and vm ware workstation?

Can somebody please clarify? Im using mac and im not sure which one to use to run a new os on

Fusion is the MAC version Workstation the Windows i don’t think there is a difference but you need Fusion if MAC is going to be your host OS

you could also run Sun VirtualBox as well. Very easy to use and works great.

No it isn’t! It’s faster on Mac and it enables you to use a very cool feature: snapshots.
