Desktop monitoring

i need help in finding a good program that will let my company monitor or look at what is going on the desktop [monitors, we have a tri-screen connected to a computer] through LAN.
i thought of remote control available in windows.. but it only gives u control. and we dont need that.. we want just to be able to view what is going on.
can anyone please pinpoint me in the right direction please?
