Deactivate Windows Vista Home Premium?

I have a legit Windows Vista Home Premium key from my brother. However you cannot install Vista with the same key twice :s. I found a crack. But when I install vista will already be activated. So does the crack automatically activates it with another key. I need to know because I’m going to format my disk and want to make sure this is possible before I do so :p.
If it’s preactivated vista…Open the iso with ulraiso>Delete the following subfolder: SOURCES\$OEM$
Save as and burn to DVD..
