DDL Script Help

I am trying to make one work but doesn`t Why?
Well i have xaamp or smthing like that on pc .. uknow that with msql and apache so i can test the sripts on pc first .. i edit the config file t the script .. i upload the sql file .. i enter on site ..w orks .. but when i try to submit a link nothing happens .. and when i want to login to the admin panel doesnt work gts me on the same login page i used many scripts and the same now i used DDl center or smthing like that
can some1 help me?

i have this problem too dudes! all the scripts working fine on my pc and when i upload them on the server i have a problem to login to administrator!

make a .htaccess file in your root and place this in it and then you should be able to login to the admin side on the server

php_flag register_globals on php_flag apc.enabled off
