Database Converter

Im after a program that will allow me to convert a osCommerce shop database to say php-nuke shop database.
This is for the DB only, so i can upload the site to a new CMS system and it will work. I only need to keep the member and product listings if that makes any diff.

Im not sure but I think you must change the site manually not the dbase.
