Create an Installation?

Is there anything that I can use for this:
Ive downloaded Photoshop CS3, but its the one without installation.. Its a folder with all the files in, its the portable/extended one. I think.
Anyway, I wanna put it onto disc but my step dad isnt top notch on computers, and so I just want to put the CS3 on to disc and ave it install onto his laptop when he puts the disc in. Then he can use CS3 on his laptop without a problem.

just pack that folder in a winrar self extracting archieve to get an .exe.
then yur dad just has to double click the exe.

or just create shortcuts on desktop, quick launch and start mnu so it will look normal
