cpu usage help

my only ques is that it goes to 100% but the bar is only halfway meaning that only half of my cpu is getting used im guessing this has something to do with my cpu being a core 2 duo.
so im wondering how can i get it use both of my cpus and not just one .

it named core 2 duo, but it’s just ONE cpu. Maybe bar is only halfway simply because of a bug in the cpu usage monitoring program. personally I don’t like that kind software. Aw press ctrl+alt+canc (open task manager) then “performance”. you will see your cpu real usage.
