COOP-FIX for RE5, how do you use it?

EZ all gamers, I’ve just downloaded RE5 off a torrent that took nearly 24 hours, even though it had 400 odd seeds (god I hate torrents lol). The game runs like a charm, smooth as the inside of those Lindor chocolate truffles, but anyway, after I found out you could play this online in CO-OP, I jumped straight into finding out how to actually do it, but after downloading the “COOP-FIX”, and following the instructions provided, nothing happens.
So my question is: How do you actually get the COOP-fix, to do anything remotely like getting you online, and playing with another geezer from Hong-kong, South Dakota or Fiji?
Again, I followed the step-by-step to a T:- 1.opened the game
2.got to the main menu
3.Opened DLLLoad.exe (detected RE5)
4.Went back into RE5 (tried pressing F12, didn’t help)
5.Chose “join game”
6.No sessions found, I cant even choose my network mode, its stuck on LAN/Local mode or something
What am I doing wrong? Can someone please tell me? Its starting to get irritating now, I just want it to do what its meant to do, on this f*cking AMAZING game, with the best graphics I’ve seen in any game ever made, period, no argument accepted lol. Thanks in advance

LOL, didn’t realise this was such a mysterious and esoteric process, that only a select few people know how to describe! Or can nobody be arsed to explain?

You could use Hamachi to play LAN across the Internet via VPN.

check the forums for specific RE5 info.
It’s only worth playing with people you know anyway because of the weapon distribution service.

Thanks mate, thanks. I’m using Hamachi right now, and for the past week or two I’ve spent trying to get it to work.
I can view networks that are playing RE5, but once Im in the game, I cant join because it says there are no networks, which makes no sense, seeing as I’d already done the hamachi teknogodz thing where you have to press f12 a couple times after loading the hack.
I only really know one guy with a PC that could run RE5 (everyone gets PS3’s and 360’s instead of PC’s!), but its like he refuses to play anything except COD4 because he thinks it makes every other game look crap, which is a shame.

Have you joined the other networks through Hamachi first? Can you ping them if so?
