ConvertX To DVD Question

I normally use 1Click DVD to movie but due to it taking forever to convert i decided to try ConvertX to DVD
It converted much quicker, However when i played the DVD i noticed it had cut some of the picture of, Check out the images
Why did it do this?

In the settings what aspect ratio have you set?
If its 4:3 change it to 16:9.
