use uLaunchElf http://sksapps.com/index.php?page=launchers.html or cheating software like codebreaker http://www.theisozone.com/downloads/playstation/ps2-isos/codebreaker-v10-ps2-usa/ to copy the save file from your ps2 memory card to a usb mass storage device. if you use uLaunchElf extract the save as a PSU. if you use AR-MAX then you can leave the save as MAX. if it is codebreaker or something you need to convert it to PSU or MAX with PS2 Save Builder http://www.ps2savetools.com/wpfb-file/ps2_save_builder_0-8x-zip/.
then use a program called mymc http://www.csclub.uwaterloo.ca:11068/mymc/ to insert the save into PCSX2’s virtual memory card
