Controlling iPhone from Android tablet

Hi all
I recently bought a cheap Android tablet to use around the house but my iPhone is still my life and has everything on it, including my music, so I usually use an AUX cable and plug it into my speakers.
Only trouble is said cable is rather short, so whenever I want to change the song I need to get right up to it.
Is there any sort of app of service that would allow me to control the iPhone (well, I only really need the capability of changing the music) from my Android tablet?

You can use VNC to do this (iphone must be jailbroken). You basically install vnc server on your iphone and then vnc on the android. Configure the settings and voila – not efficient but it works. There is a tutorial at:
