I think your harddrive just died. Try to combine it with an other computer, use it as an external hdd. Try to reinstall windows on it.
I’m not sure if this is the best option, but it is one.

Plug the hard drive into another PC, then just copy them over
Answer #10
1st you need to check the disk
go to it’s website and under support get the diagnostic utility ISO
burn and boot from it it may repair the disk
Hiren’s BootCD 10.1 has MiniXP on it which has USB support
get, burn & boot from it, connect a USB drive and save your data
Answer #11
It also could be a faulty memory. If you have two memory chips maybe you can take out one or the other to check. If Hdd problem then yeah just plug it into another PC as a secondary drive then copy whatever you want to save over. Another option is it could easily be windows problem so you need to re-install windows so it repairs the current installation. Cheers

if he has one.. if he doesn’t.. get a new HDD.. install Windows.. I thinkt the windows must be same as the used HDD one.. so now, the monitoring is on the new HDD, easy, just attach the old HDD and copy the files..

Answer #14
just pop it in the pc, go to your bios, check if it is recognized and installed and then just boot and it should be there under my computer
