comfimation code problems

I’m trying to post a request in the tv/film section but it keeps asking for a comfimation code, theres nothing there, no captcha, just a blank space (not even a box) I’ve turned off my addblocker, cleared cache, and tried 3 different browsers, it’s driving me mad.
Is there a fix please? I’m using a proxy as my isp blocks the site.
