COD Modern Warfare 3 not responding after intro.

Hello guys.
I’m having a problem with CODMW3.
After i press new game and chose difficulty, the intro video loaded, then it black out but i can hear the helicopter sound. After that, it went not responding.
I’ve downloaded from another place and the same thing is happening.
I tried redownloading vcredist and directx. I can run Battlefield3 smoothly.
Anyone please help me.
