Chronic Procrastination [Help]

It’s almost got to the stage where I sit and literally do nothing! Nothing for long periods of time 8 – 12hrs. Day dreaming about nothing I feel mentally slow and wondering what the f*!k I’m still doing here Months pass by like nothing an I can barley do simple thingsssssssss HELP. The Internet’s ruined my life I feel so old but so young I don’t even know who I am anymore. Everything feels so Deleary and unreal I don’t know what I’m doing

are you still a student? if you are then lessening your internet activity will help and you have to be neutral on your thinking i mean dont argue with your impulses try not to judge or criticize your mind just do it like going out more or do simple jogging in the mornings or better yet just go and do your homeworks without further arguing with your mind
but it will be much more better if you ask advice on a professional like a psychologist or a psychiatrist

nah, in all seriousness, just go out and have fun outdoors, even watching a movie at a cinema should help, go have some fun outside of your room.

Get motivated, think of how successful you could be if you tried harder. And start off slow doing things
