Change winxp lang from us to fr

1. Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Regional Options (Choose French (France) From The List)
2. Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Languages -> Details -> Add (Choose French (France) From The List)
3. Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Advanced (Choose French (France) From The List)
You can change the keyboard and spell check options to French in the regional settings in control panel but to change the entire windows to french you will need a French version of the software (When Reinstalling Windows You get an option where it ask you for select language and at that time you can change it to French language)
