CD kEy xp

i got Acer Aspire One (A0D250) & on COA sticker i have XP HOME EDITION ULCPC ACER INCORPORATED
the factory windows installed is Windows xp home edition version 2002 sp3
problem is that the factory language is not in english but in italian so i downloaded XP Home Edition Sp3 Untouched x86 in english.
& Cd-Key doesnt get accepted in this XP i downloaded . i had to install a pirate cd key .
which windows can i install with my Original CD-Key ?
any help ?

i think the version i downloaded isnt OEM but RETAIL & thats why CDKey wasnt accepted . is this correct ?
The keys are often locked to a specific language version, so I doubt you would be able to use that key.

oh ok , ill try get a OEM in english and try that way .
Just use the correct OEM edition and it should work…
On The top of my head..I think there are 3 OEM Editions..Home..Pro And Media Edition…
