Cctv footage

Hello. Long story short. I was wondering if there is a program that can enhance cctv footage. (Getting a license plate for example) Anyone know a program that would help?

Well,Video editing is not really my field of expertise,But you could try taking a screenshot from it and then using
photozoom pro (an app that magnifies the pic with little to no distortion),Then if there’s anything unclear,You could
try fiddling with an image editor and maybe get something more out of it,Hope this helps.

Most people don’t think laterally (that’s not meant to be offenseive to you guys, just a generalization)…
Take a single frame of the video, the best you can find (or do a few), run it through a HDR image program – Media Chance one is best IMO.
The hdr process will bring out heaps more detail then you would imagine, far better than most video enhancement apps.
