Can’t view photos

I have heard of a couple of encounters were a virus infects the mem card and hides the real DCIM folder. First click Tools>Folder Options>View and check the “Show Hidden Files and Folders”. If the DCIM folder pops up, right click and select “Properties”, under the “Attributes” make sure Hidden is unchecked and apply. I would advise scanning your mem card with a virus scanner to make sure the DCIM.exe isn’t one. Hope that works.
