Can’t log in unless anonymous

I have not been able to get to the site lately and thought maybe the site
was down. I get the “page can not be displayed” screen>
But I just logged in through anonymous.org and see all is well.
Why can’t I get to the site in directly using IE6?
Could my ISP be blocking the site?
Any ideas?

try using proxy
if its working then maybe your ISP blocked site
