Cant install games?

Well, i just finished building my PC. its
Motherboard: ASUS P6T SE
Processor: Intel Core i7 920 2.67Ghz
Memory: 6 GB DDR3-1600mhz
Hard Drive: 1 TB WD Black
OS: Windows Vista Ultimate 64-BIT

i tried doing what it said, still did not work. Game is Civilization 4.
Yesterday i had to reinstall the OS because i had a problem with the internet, and i couldn’t find the virus nor did any anti virus find it. Before i had to reinstall i had the game installed. but i deleted the partition and reformatted it before i did the reinstall of the entire OS. I do use Daemon Tools Lite to mount the image, but i never had a problem until now. i installed millions of things using Daemon Tools Lite. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Still Same Error. I just installed Vista SP2 on the computer but, the last time i had it installed, i had no error installing the game. I also tried it with GTASA; that i did download today from here. Still Same Error.
ANYBODY HELP???

try to install all the drivers of your hardware,
i dont see nvidia nor ati drivers, also install drivers of ur mobo.

its very VERY VERY important to install ALL the drivers of ur hardware.

Just installed my ATI 9.5 CCC driver and everything. Still Same Problem. All drivers are installed.
Video Card: XFX ATI Radon 4850 1 GB
Also any way to disable UAC?? other than vista manager like through command prompt so that the message doesnt show saying that i disabled it

Yes All installed. the first thing i did when i reinstalled the OS was Motherboard Disc with the drivers.

Just give it a minute or two. it might be a core i7 but it seems like its taking alittle while

try to install your game on an other HDD As u can see they are very hot, not a good temprature for an hdd,
i suggest u to try to install it on the cool hdd

about uac just turn it off normally, and turn off windows defender, windows defender i causing the alert bla bla

Also, it doesnt get to that point
when i click on install on the begining screen it goes right to that

hehe yes it ask for your permission, try to do this, rightclick on the installer, “run as administrator”

i normally do the same. but its like making sure its “Plugged in”
i dont do missions or anything, just rampages
