damn you got jacked what internet security program are you using.
did you try spybot search and destroy,scan your computer for a virus,HijackThis or Try this. Go to Internet Options and change the home page. Hit OK. Then:
Start > Run...
Type regedt32 and hit enter. This starts the Registry editor.
Go to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
In the right pane you should see a value for Start Page. Does it match the value you just entered? You can change that value here.

or just install firefox.

a little prog called hijack this its freeware and resolves all problems like that one
