my best guess its DNA Groove – Fabric of Time (also heard in Pocket Tanks)… but the version is different, and I can’t remember what it’s called…
anyone know?
Not on broadband so I cant watch gaytube videos right now, but I use Shazam to tag music, it works pretty well, and you get 5 tags free per month.

Maybe I misunderstood your question, but I thought you had a song, and you wanted to know the name of it. Sorry if that’s not what you were trying to do.
that’s alright, i know the original song, but i don’t know about this one. different versions, different names apparently :/

Well, if you have the song recorded, you can play it back to Shazam, and it will tell you the name of the song, artist, and album, even if it is a remix. I am always surprised at how well it tag stuff.
really?!
that is really tempting.. i already have the song recorded… though how long must the length be for it to catch on?
Just fyi SoundHound is better than Shazam

It just records a 15-20 second clip, sends it to the Shazam server for analyzing, then returns the song info if it recognizes it.

Does not look like it, but I’m pretty sure you can install android in a VM =D
You can even hum or whistle or sing into Soundhound and it’ll pick stuff up.
tried using Audiggle, couldn’t pick it up.. i’ll attempt to install Android on a VMbox
*EDIT*
gotten android installed
