CAN SOMEONE HELP ME

HI I AM A TECHNICIAN AND AND I WANT TO PUT MY LOGO IN SYSTEM PROPERTIES UNDER WINDOWS IS THERE A SOFTWARE THAT CAN DO THAT OR A FILE IF ITS A FILE HELP ME WITH IS PLEASE THANKS YOU

you’re a technician and don’t understand?
make a logo and put it in “C:\WINDOWS\system32\OEMLOGO.bmp” rename it to OEMLOGO.bmp
to add the text above the logo, edit “C:\WINDOWS\system32\OEMINFO.ini”
