mate Rapidshare isnt an illegal operation. They would have no right to block it let alone any reason too. I happen to know big firms that store docs and things as a backup there and to pass between clients. If an Isp was to deny access there would be law suites.
I would do a very concentrated cleanout of my PC. If you can get another computer in your home and try rs via that it would rule out your PC. Has your internet security blocked it by some chance?
Again RS isnt illegal only some users make it that way.

Hi .
So you are saying that your boyfriend can access your rs account?
My money is that you have blocked it via your internet security program somehow. I would either format or get someone (if you cant) to check if it is blocked either by your sec app or windows firewall.
It can happen . I blocked my own email once and lost $1000’s from not replying clients lolz.
good luck with it.

hmmmmmm i just don`t get why it would suddenly happen just cos i had no connection thou.
my boyfriend can`t get my account working in his r.s either, yet on my rs page,my account seems fine.
i downloaded a small rar earlier from the webpage in fact.and i can still upload in my rs manager jsut not d.load
i shall look hard at my agb and windows firewall again,i have mailed rs but they will prolly say the same
thing as you
and if i have to reinstall i`ll probably scream for an hour lol-hate doin that and ive never done vista before
once again utacan, thanks alot for your responses
Answer #7
Depends on who your isp is some isp`s are strict as can be and will block anything
Answer #8
nope why would they RS aint illegal
Answer #9
I know some ISP’s throttle Bittorrent traffic, but I’m pretty sure none of them block Rapidshare.
Answer #10
Every ISP has the power to block whatever website they want, however, it’s unlikely they’ll block Rapidshare.
It’s not illegal and you could be downloading anything.
