Buying a new laptop

I might buy this DELL laptop:

I have had 2 other DELL computer and have been satisfied with them both)

Not sure. Don’t need a Bluray drive.
Was most thinking about Processor : Intel Core i7-3610M(up to 3.3GHz) Graphics : 2 GB nVidia GeForce GT 650M

yes go for it, my Dell Inspiron outdid all my friends laptops,
dell is the best laptop, also play any games,,
but i reccomend windows 7 pro (optional) for the moment.
leave windows 8 for in a couple of years time.

The PC comes with Windows Premium. First thing I’ll do is to wipe the PC and install Windows 7 Ultimate, to get rid of all bloatware.
