Burning DVD’s…

when burning a DVD, is there a maxium length of movie you burn, could you burn three movies to one DVD?… Or is it the file size that matters

its the file size that matters and the length of the movie
most i have ever got is 2 movies to disk using ConvertXtoDVD

I thought that, I was talking to a friend and he said he has the three matrix movies on one DVD, maybe he burned them as divx files or something?… Like the way you can get 10 hours of mp3’s on an audio cd?…

Yeah i understand but to be honest i have never been able to get more then 100 files on a mp3, not sure how to haha
but yeah there has to be a way if there RMVB u could do it i guess, but then the quality goes down.

well if the dvd player does read divx, then just burn it as data. The way stuff is burnt depends on the purpose so if its a divx compatible player then burning it as data works fine

could it be a dual layer DVD?…

well if its a dvd-dl then it will fit more than a regular dvd5. Prolly can burn burn thm to dvd videos on a Dual layer disc
