Burn multiple movies to DVD5

Hi,
I have two films and subtitles for them I downloaded from W-BB. Let’s call them:
Movie1.avi
Movie1.srt
Movie2.avi
Movie2.srt
I need burn these two to DVD5 (4.7 GB) with simple static menus (Main Menu, Sub Menu, Chapter menu) and with subtitles.
Please can someone tell me how to do it?? What are the tools I can use?

try adobe premiere elements 2.0 even 50movies u had, adobe will compress all the video and can play in dvd palyer in any region
