Blue Screen on my PC. and very slow plz help me

Hello everyone, im getting a blue screen on my pc.. saying shutting down to protect windows.
at the bottom i get a some like if the memory is low.
but when restoring to prior date it works and them few days some happens.
any program that i need to install to fix errors and drivers ?
can some one help me please

BSOD’s can be caused by anything from an overheating CPU to hardware drivers. Without an exact error code nobody can have any possible idea what the cause will be. Low memory well if it would be that simple just a some ram memory. Shutting down to prevent windows, that could be just about anything. Next time that happens take a picture of the BSOD with your digital camera or phone and attach it to a reply. We need the info that is on the BSOD to have any chance of diagnosing the problem.

Provide the minidumps (located in c:\windows\minidump) so I could look into it.
And as said above, Do provide your PC specs too.

get “Hard Disk Sentinel” and check your hard drive’s health

remove your ram clean it with a rubber then re insert it your problem will be solved

go to http://www.nirsoft.net
then install BlueScreenView then you can view your error message.

…also provide PC specs if the problem is still not solved…it will be easier to solve your problem if you give specs….also check what you have installed new in your system and try rolling back to previous settings and then try again…
