Blue ray help

hey guys,
i downloaded a movie and after i extract it its gives me folder instead of MKV file
folder 1 Call BDMV and folder 2 calls CERTIFICATE
i did some research and found out need POWER DVD To play this,
but how should i import or play those folders ?
