Blogger Custom Domain = Freedom?

Hi
I’m planning to buy a custom domain for my blog (blogger) but I still have a few questions. If i buy a custom domain, could i place ads from companies that i choose instead of using google adsense? Am i still under the TOS of Google? (can they still wipe my blog?)

You can point any domain in the world to your Bloggger blog, and its still a Blogger blog, nothing changes at all man, lol.

I can point my domain names to your blog right now, you think that automatically gives me ownership of the Blogger servers that Google pays for? What would even make you think this?

Yeah, i’ve read it, but why do they offer bloggers the opportunity to have a unique domain if they’re still boss of it? By the way, thank you for answering.

It does let people type:
yourdomain.com
into the address bar to get to your blog. That’s about it =D
PS: Just get your own hosting account and use something like WordPress, then you can do what ever you want (as long as you follows the laws of the country that is hosting your web server).
