deluge is pretty awesome on windows too, I always got 1.2MB/s with deluge where as uTorrent I got just over 1.0MB/s!

µTorrent simply because it’s fast to download and install but be careful when installing other software that µTorrent asks you to install. Also it’s small in size and downloads files quick but of course with a good internet connection that is.
