Best site for MP3 upload , playlist etc

I have 1TB of Mp3 collection which i want to upload to some site where i can make playlist of them and listen from anywhere.
I like Google / Amazon cloud player but the porblem is uploading songs.
I have songs in multiple folders and i want to make playlist from foldername. But google uploads all mp3 in one list and its hard to separate them
